In this session, we learn that your broken places make you stronger and better than ever before and you find you own way of becoming STAR from a SCAR.
Scar to Star - Kintsugi
The 400+ year old Japanese art of kintsugi is a pottery repair method that honors the artifact’s unique history by emphasizing, not hiding, the break.
Kintsugi philosophy goes well beyond a simple artistic practice with the symbolic of healing and resilience.
Cared for, then honored, the broken object assumes its past, and becomes paradoxically more resilient, more beautiful and more precious than before the shock.
This metaphor illuminates in a new way every step of any healing process, whether it is a physical injury, or emotional.
Key aspect is emphasizing & not hiding the break
Preparing for this session’s Meditation
What meaning do you give to “your scars”?
•Think of your biggest “scar” of your life
•As you think of the ”scar”, how do you feel towards it now
•Is there ANY gift or good that came as an outcome in your life from the “scar”. List them (try 1 or 2 atleast)
What “Star” do you want to bring for yourself today ?
•From the good that came from your scar, WHAT do you want to bring into your life NOW
•If you had a WISH, What could it be, please write it in present tense like an affirmation – “I am …” “I have…”
Sound Healing :
You will be guided to open of your Biofield terminals – Top of head, below the feet & different energy centers(chakras)
You can lie or sit in a comfortable position
Take a moment to remind yourself of your positive affirmation/intention

Repeat this session once a week using the excercise in the session, for each area where you still feel unsupported, insecure at home / money / job.
