About Me
Two Phase Model of Transformation.
My transformational approach is structured around a 5 Step, two-phase model.
Phase 1: This initial stage is pivotal for breaking free from the shackles of past traumas and fears. It's about halting the downward spiral and reigniting the zest for life.
Phase 2: Here, we collaboratively establish daily rituals. These practices are key to unlocking levels of personal achievement you might have thought were beyond reach.
Having guided numerous individuals through this transformative process, I've witnessed its profound impact firsthand.
My Personal Odyssey
With over three decades in the corporate world, holding various senior executive roles, I've seen the underbelly of professional life. Burnouts, whether in career, relationships, or health, are alarmingly prevalent. These debilitating psychological states, often stemming from overwhelming workloads, toxic environments, unappreciated efforts, or personal traumas, can leave one feeling drained, cynical, and disengaged.
Between 2008 and 2011, I faced two significant burnouts in my professional life, spiraled into deep depression, and eventually lost my job. However, a glimmer of hope emerged when I delved into the realm of Alternative Medicine. This exploration not only helped me regain control but also reshaped my life's trajectory.
Guided by the Best
Throughout my transformative journey, I've been privileged to learn from and be certified by luminaries in the field: Dr Richard Schwartz, Stephen Porges, Peter Levine, Bessel Van der Kolk, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Richard Bandler, Dr. Eric Pearl, Bob Proctor, Anthony Robbins, Martin Broffman, Dr. Richard Bartlett, and Eileen Mckusick.
Embark on this transformative journey with me. Seize control. Be the master of your destiny. Let's reshape your life, starting today.
“Thank you so much for the exquisite session. I am always intrigued how your guidance leads me and free blockages. I am even more in balance than I was before, that allows me to be even more of service for the community.”
